Contact us by phone or e-mail for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number: 1-800-794-6976 or support -at- aqualivstore.com. Items returned without an RMA will not be refunded.

• Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item was damaged or defective upon delivery
• Items damaged or broken due to abuse or damaged during return shipping will not be refunded
• International shipping charges are not refundable
